1. Introduction

They are intended to enhance your trading experience, not replace your decision-making.

7.2 Any AI-assisted or automated functionalities provided through the Services:

• Operate based on algorithms, market data, and probabilistic modeling
• Do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or performance
• Are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
• Should not be considered financial, investment, or professional advice
• Require user oversight, configuration, and ongoing monitoring

7.3 When enabling automated or AI-assisted tools, you remain fully responsible for all trading outcomes, including any trades executed automatically under settings you selected, configured, or activated.

7.4 By using these features, you acknowledge and accept that all trading involves risk and that you, not Monetrum AI, are responsible for evaluating and managing any actions taken through AI-assisted or automated systems.

9. Payments & Subscription

9.1 Certain features of the platform may require the purchase of paid subscriptions, credits, or one-time access passes. All payments must be made manually by the user at the time of purchase.

• Non-refundable
• Charged only once per manual purchase
• Processed according to the plan or subscription you select

9.3 Subscription plans, credit packs, or premium features do not renew automatically. You will not be charged again unless you manually purchase or renew a service.

9.4 Monetrum AI does not apply hidden fees, maintenance charges, automatic billing, or recurring payments. The price you see at checkout is the final price for that specific purchase.

9.5 Monetrum AI may adjust pricing or modify available plans in the future. Any changes will be communicated through the website, platform notifications, or email prior to taking effect and will never result in an automatic charge.

10. Connect Wallet Feature

10.1 Users may connect compatible cryptocurrency wallets for balance tracking, trading, or AI-assisted interactions.

10.2 By connecting a wallet, you acknowledge:

• You are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, and authentication
• Monetrum AI does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds
• All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible, and Monetrum AI is not liable for user errors or network issues

10.3 Use only wallets and networks compatible with Monetrum AI and follow platform instructions.

10.4 Monetrum AI is not responsible for transaction speed, network reliability, or confirmations.

10.5 You accept all risks associated with wallet connection, blockchain interactions, and fund management.

11. Third-Party Services

11.1 The platform may integrate with third-party APIs, brokers, or data providers.

11.2 Monetrum AI is not responsible for the performance, content, or actions of third-party services.

11.3 Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

12. Privacy & Data Use

15. Swap-Free Trading Accounts

15.1 Swap-Free accounts may incur additional fees or commissions.

15.2 Users must monitor swap-free specifications, rollover policies, and related conditions.

15.3 Misuse or abuse of swap-free trading may result in retroactive charges or account closure.

16. Trading Volume Limitation

16.1 Monetrum AI reserves the right to adjust trading volume limits.

16.2 Requests exceeding limits will be declined automatically.

17. Default

17.1 Events constituting default include:

• Non-payment or failure to meet margin requirements
• Bankruptcy, insolvency, or death
• Breach of Terms or illegal activity

17.2 Monetrum AI may offset, sell, or charge client assets to cover obligations.

17.3 The Company may consolidate accounts, refuse new accounts, or terminate agreements in the event of default.

18. Advertising, Refunds, and Cancellation

18.2 Withdrawal requests may be cancelled for incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious information.

18.3 Trades may be cancelled or adjusted for errors, prohibited activity, or lack of liquidity.

19.2 Monetrum AI does not guarantee:

• Platform uptime
• Trading results

19.3 Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 30 days; indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

20. Termination

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

20.2 Upon termination, all rights under these Terms cease immediately.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

21.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any courts of competent jurisdiction in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

22.2 Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
